
FORT CARSON, Colo. — Meet Spc. Bradley Dorton, the 4th Infantry Division and Fort Carson Soldier of the Week. Dorton serves in Forward Support Company, 2nd Battalion, 23rd Infantry Regiment, 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 4th Inf. Div., and was recently named the “Raider” Brigade’s “Cook of the Quarter.” He placed second in the most recent Division Cook of the Quarter Competition. Dorton’s excellence in his culinary craft resulted in him earning a two-week internship at a restaurant in the Colorado Springs area to further enhance his skills. His knowledge and skills extend beyond the kitchen as he aced his promotion board last month. Dorton is truly a READY Soldier who cares not only about his craft but also the Soldiers of the Raider Brigade. Steadfast and Loyal!
