FORT CARSON, Colo. — Fort Carson Good Neighbor Mike Jorgenson serves food to a Soldier Tuesday at the James R. Wolf Dining Facility (DFAC). Maj. Gen. Randy A. George, commanding general, 4th Infantry Division and Fort Carson, accompanied Good Neighbors at the DFAC and served food to Soldiers and civilians.
